ZIMSTAT poverty data informs allocations —Primary schools 60% of the total BEAM budget, secondary schools 40%
Nationally the province with highest vulnerable population gets the highest allocation, whilst at provincial level the district with the highest vulnerable populations gets the greatest share of the province’s BEAM budget allocations
