The prospective applicant collects application forms from the nearest District Social Welfare Office;
Completed applications are submitted to district social services offices together with the following attachment
Districts offices refer to Provincial offices who then submit to Head Office
Final assessment is done at Head Office
Applicants will be notified on outcome of assessment in writing via their postal addresses and via district social welfare office

Applications recommended for approval will be forwarded to the D/Director for approval
Based on findings from assessment, a decision to fund is reached.
The loan size, grace period and repayment terms are stipulated for each project.
The offer letter is sent to the client after approval of loan and it informs him/her about loan size, grace period, repayment and any other pre-disbursement conditions to be met
