Case Management also applies to BEAM, AMTO, Drought relief cases as part of the continuum of care in Social Protection.

Why do we do Case Management?

  • To organise and carry out work, in a standard manner
  • So that cases are handled in an appropriate, systematic, and timely way
  • It is common strategy for addressing cases, so practitioners can also apply the Case Management in cases of Adult Welfare Programmes, Disability and Pauper Burial
  • Ensures quality, consistency and coordination in services.
